  • The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  3. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

Processing Time for Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your refund. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used.


We currently do not offer exchanges, but you are welcome to return an item and place a new order.
