1. Crusherdestroyer.com understands the following terms of service are malleable under extenuating circumstances.  

2. Customers must be 18 years of age or older to purchase items from the website.

3. Payment is required in full at time of purchase via credit card, Apple Pay, or PayPal.

4. All orders shipped domestically will be sent via UPS Ground within three to five business days of payment. 

5. International orders will be sent via UPS or USPS and should arrive within ten to twenty business days depending on the destination.

6. Delivery times may vary due to circumstances such as customs clearance, holidays, or weather related delays. 

7. Crusherdestroyer.com is not responsible for any lost or stolen items once they have been delivered.8. Customers can return any item within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the item is in its original condition with no signs of wear and tear. 

9. If customers are not satisfied with their purchase, they may receive store credit to use towards another item on our website by returning the purchase within 30 days of receipt.
