I have to really like a white tee to buy it. Let's start with that. The draw of black, gray, or navy blue is strong. Pitty too, because white t shirts are the closest thing to a true canvas t shirts are going to get. More color opportunities. Flyer-like design patterns and dot matrixy photos from the '80s really sing on a flimsy beefy t, BVD, or hanes whatever. Real tags too. Those itchy tags that somehow became weightless slivers hanging from the collar or just plain invisible on t-shirts over the last 25 years.
